Because the targets the MC will chase are women. Gay content in a harem – that is not female led – tends not to work. The MMA fighter apparently doesn’t want to be in a Kept Lifestyle in the first place, so trying to fit her in (just to shoe-horn in Bi content for the MC that most will not want) doesn’t work in a HAREM.
The girl who involves MC into gang life lightly, has bigger concerns. The skater girl has a viable reason, but she also doesn’t need to be included in a harem if she has cancer. Even though there’s only 11 % of women (and perhaps less if we take into account that the survey I looked up in question only factored 11% where there was a problem with women’s fertility, 11% the men and 11% unverified) who are sterile/barren. There is no pregnancy tag, and the dev seems to be going out of their way NOT to include it.
